Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy Graduate Programme - Northern Ireland - September 2025

Job description

Economies are fuelled by competitive organisations who buy, sell, merge with others or restructure parts of their business. Our job is to help them do all that whilst making more informed decisions and building better strategies.

In Turnaround and Restructuring, we advise organisations and other affected parties when they are underperforming or in distress, on the best course of action. Through independent analysis, we help them either get back on track or go through insolvency procedures such as administration or receivership.

What you will be doing

  • Solving urgent and important economic business problems by analysing data and proposing solutions for underperforming businesses.
  • Undertaking a range of tasks required to manage a company that is going through an insolvency process, often working at the client site, giving you great exposure to a variety of businesses and sectors.
  • Assisting with a variety of projects including solvent and insolvent processes; pensions and working capital assignments.
  • Taking ownership of the complex, sometimes high-profile projects.
  • Communicating with colleagues and clients across global locations.
