The 2018 Marines FNF Campus Tour included four successful stops across the Tampa/St. Pete region. Educators and students at the following high schools welcomed FNF Tampa along with U.S. Army recruiters to their schools:
Chamberlain — Sept. 14
Sickles — Sept. 28
Palm Harbor University — Oct. 5
Largo — Oct. 26
At each of the four stops, FNF Tampa and recruiters from the Marines hosted luncheons for up to 50 educators. FNF provided subs, chips, drinks and dessert, and the Marines recruiters presented to teachers on test-taking tips and study skill tips for students.
Representatives from FNF and the Marines returned to each school for a rivalry Friday night football game. During these appearances, FNF and the Marines set up a table inside the stadium and distributed literature to high school students who were interested in more information about the Marines’ many offerings. The FNF and Marines reps also offered many give-aways to fans, such as T-shirts, hats, lanyards and water bottles.
The representatives from the Marines also had interactive challenges for high school students, such as push-up and pull-up competitions.
FNF and the Marines would like to take this time to thank each of the four schools for hosting a 2018 U.S. Army FNF Campus Tour stop. We look forward to touring the Tampa area again in 2019!
