The 2018 US Army FNF Campus Tour included four successful stops across the Tampa/St. Pete region. Educators and students at the following high schools welcomed FNF Tampa along with U.S. Army recruiters to their schools:
Dunedin — Sept. 21
Countryside — Sept. 28
Fivay — Oct. 5
Gulf — Oct. 12
At each of the four stops, FNF Tampa and recruiters from the U.S. Army hosted luncheons for up to 50 educators. FNF provided subs, chips, drinks and dessert, and the U.S. Army recruiters presented to teachers on the March 2 Success program, which offers test-taking tips and advice on improved study habits for students.
Representatives from FNF and the U.S. Army returned to each school for a rivalry Friday night football game. During these appearances, FNF and the U.S. Army set up a table inside the stadium and distributed literature to high school students who were interested in more information about the U.S. Army’s offerings. The FNF and U.S. Army reps also offered many give-aways to fans, such as T-shirts, hats, lanyards and water bottles.
The U.S. Army representatives also had interactive challenges for high school students, such as push-up and pull-up competitions.
FNF and the U.S. Army would like to take this time to thank each of the four schools for hosting a 2018 U.S. Army FNF Campus Tour stop. We look forward to touring the Tampa area again in 2019!
