You’ll enjoy a fast-tracked career development plan that recognises your potential and rewards your ambition.

What does a Deal Advisory team do?

Our Deal Advisory team handles various financial aspects within a company, focusing on maximizing shareholder value through financial planning, decision-making, and strategic analysis.

They work closely with other departments within the organisation, such as accounting, marketing, operations, and senior management, to provide financial insights that support and guide overall company strategies and decisions.

Ultimately, their aim is to enhance the company's financial performance, ensure financial stability, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the organisation.

The ACA Study journey

When you join, you’ll start working towards the ACA qualification. As an ACA Apprentice, you'll get involved with client work as part of a supportive and inclusive team. Our apprentices have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele representing various industry sectors, giving you a well-rounded experience. We prioritise your growth and development by providing you with a mentor and training manager throughout the programme.

If that sounds like you then you could be a great fit at Menzies.

What we are looking for

We look for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy a challenge. A minimum of a 2:2 undergraduate degree in any degree discipline is preferred. Corporate Finance is a technically demanding discipline, so it’s important that students can grasp new subjects quickly. You don’t have to be a math genius but it’s important you are confident with numbers and have good attention to detail. You’ll often need to explain complex financial information, so you’ll also need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
