Join the HR Graduate Scheme at Nestlé and learn about the systems and processes that support the incredible people at the world’s largest food and drink manufacturer.

What can you expect?

On the HR Graduate scheme you’ll rotate through three roles over two years across various sites in the UK. Solving problems in real environments with the support of expert mentors, as you explore what it means to work in HR at a multinational company. You will spend time with our Centre of Operations in York building your foundations in HR, collaborating with colleagues and sharing ideas to help improve processes and drive better results. Then you’ll rotate across two of our factory locations* gaining valuable experience in a dynamic, fast moving unionised manufacturing or distribution environment. It’s about growing into a HR professional by doing the job for real, at multiple sites, across multiple product categories, supported every step of the way. It’s a function where you can make a real difference in your role and see the value of your time and hard work.

*As an example some of our factory locations are based in West Yorkshire, Staffordshire, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Derbyshire. Being prepared to move around locations is a great opportunity to get breadth of experience.

What we are looking for

You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time-limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.

You’ll need a degree, but it can be in any subject and at any grade—what’s most important is your 100% commitment to your chosen career path and your willingness to put everything into your development. This dedication will secure you a role with limitless potential for growth.
