Risk Assurance Graduate

Job description

We are seeking a motivated Risk Assurance graduate to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our risk and control processes. Key responsibilities would be to:

  • Assess the design and performance of key controls to limit our Operational, Compliance and Conduct risk exposures to appetite
  • To complete root cause analysis to identify the key drivers that have led to any control weaknesses identified
  • Recommend effective and proportional control improvements plans, as well as contain and remedial activities
  • Write up all findings into key reports that highlights any control weaknesses, the risk exposures these cause and the key actions required
  • Understand the key legal and regulatory requirements within MCOBS and GDPR and be able to apply these to the business activities

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Risk Assurance and financial services.

Throughout your programme you will be fully supported by a dedicated Academy mentors, as well as being by Senior Leaders and previous Together Graduates during the course of the programme.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree in a technology related subject
  • Graduated in 2024 or are due to complete in 2025;
  • An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Comfortable with presenting and building relationships;
