As a Graduate Account Manager at Blake Made, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships. Your mission will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while growing sales revenue, volume, and margins for each account.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Manage email correspondence and CRM systems
- Follow up on telephone quotations
- Drive client growth by identifying opportunities
- Monitor client performance and provide regular reports
- Book and attend face-to-face client meetings
- Conduct quarterly customer review meetings

What we are looking for
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident on the phone in an open office environment
- Strong delegation and organisational abilities
- Exceptional time management skills
- Experience using MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Full UK Driving License
- A team player who is Hungry, Humble, and Smart
