We are looking for a Graduate IT Developer & Support Engineer to join our team in Luton. This is a fully office-based role, five days a week, offering hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and full-stack development. As a Graduate IT Developer & Support Engineer, you’ll gain exposure to a range of IT functions while receiving full training and mentorship from experienced professionals. You’ll work across IT support, database management, and software development, contributing to business-critical systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing Windows and networking support, assisting with IT troubleshooting.
- Supporting and maintaining in-house applications.
- Gaining hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Working with SQL Server databases, learning how to write queries and optimise performance.
- Developing .NET web applications, contributing to both front-end and back-end systems.
- Gaining exposure to full-stack development and best coding practices.
- Assisting with API integrations to connect various business systems.
This role offers a structured learning path, with the opportunity to apply your knowledge in a real business environment.
Location and working hours
- Location: Office-based, five days a week from our Luton office.
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week).
- An element of on-call.
