Undefeated Gaither outlasts Chamberlain in FNF Tampa Bay Campus Tour classic

The 2019 FNF Tampa Bay Campus Tour continued Oct. 4 with a stop at Chamberlain for a rivalry game against Gaither.

Gaither (6-0), ranked fifth in Class 6A, got all it could handle from Chamberlain (2-4).

Entering the game, Gaither had not scored against Chamberlain since a 35-6 win in 2014. The Cowboys lost consecutive shutouts to the Chiefs (21-0 and 17-0) the past two seasons after not playing in 2015-16.

This game served as the seventh of eight stops with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during the fall season. The FNF Tampa Bay Campus Tour includes visits to host schools of the biggest rivalry games in the region.

The FNF Tampa Bay Campus Tour staff collaborated with the Bucs to engage fans with giveaways and interactive activities. We distributed hundreds of Bucs prizes as well as over 100 copies of the 2019 edition of FNF Tampa Bay. Fans who wore Bucs gears received prize packs filled with one of each of the giveaway products, which included hats, t-shirts, lanyards, and FNF Tampa Bay magazines.

The FNF Tampa Bay Buccaneers tour will return to action for its final tour stop at Tampa Bay Tech on Oct. 18 for a rivalry game against Armwood.
