Graduate Scheme (applications open January 2025)
Our graduate programme is your opportunity to embark on a long-term career with the EA. In Year 1, you'll start with a salary of £29,505 if you hold a relevant BSc/BSc (Hons) or BA/BA(Hons) degree, or £30,242 if you have a relevant MSc degree (or PhD). You’ll be on a structured four-year programme with a permanent contract, working alongside our talented teams to tackle some of the UK’s most pressing environmental challenges.

- The flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with 2-3 days in the office
- Ideal for graduates with an Honours degree in science, engineering, or environmental disciplines
