If you’re a university student or recent graduate looking for real-world experience, our 12-month industry placement might be the perfect fit for you. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a range of sectors, such as Business & Communications, Environment & Science, and Process & Chemical Engineering, working alongside professionals passionate about the environment. This opportunity will help you develop key skills that will propel you into your future career.

- A salary of £24,096 - £26, 636
- Flexible hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in the office
- The chance to work at one of our 14 main offices
- Open to students in any discipline, but we’re especially keen to hear from those in STEM subjects
Summer Development Internship Programme (applications open December 2024) – three Months
If you’re from a Black, Asian, or Minority Ethnic background, this three-month internship offers you the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in fields such as Business & Communications and Environment & Science. You’ll build your confidence and contribute to meaningful environmental work. We are committed to supporting your career development, offering mentorship, training, and opportunities to make lasting professional connections

- Open to final-year students or graduates in any subject, with a focus on STEM disciplines
