Job description
As a Project Engineer Operations Graduate, you'll oversee our full range of services, from design to pump installation. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, improve equipment use, and identify opportunities for additional services. With rotations across various departments, you’ll gain commercial exposure and develop a solid grasp of our processes and products. Your development is supported through a Graduate Programme by Discovery, offering learning experiences, leadership qualifications, and dedicated coaching.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
- Pension
- Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays (with buy/sell flexibility up to five days)
