Programme Planning, Order Steering, Distribution Internship

Job description

The role is broad, cross functional and interacts with many different aspects of the business. The exposure to topics such as volume planning, problem solving topics from build, or prioritising vehicles with the assembly teams is daily business. It is an excellent department from within which to learn about the complete life cycle of vehicle production from order to delivery

  • Supporting daily operational tasks in production and distribution
  • Problem solving in the operational environment
  • Supporting prioritisation and delivery of customer vehicles on time
  • Reporting on production and distribution performance
  • Process and system improvement

The job combines a supporting role for the existing team structure with the need to work autonomously and with its own responsibilities for various projects to help deliver continuous improvement and improved performance within the team and business areas within which it interacts.

13 month placement July (2025).

What we are looking for

  • Studying for a bachelor degree in a technical or business processes based degree.
  • Computer literate, good skills in Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Ability in Visual basic is ideal, additionally SQL and HTML experience is ideal.
