Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate to join our Digital team. In this exciting role, you will assist and support lots of different projects across CX, data, content & CMS, project management and product ownership. Key responsibilities would be to:

  • Work closely with SEO to create content to optimise the product to improve the CX and capitalise on market opportunity;
  • Work closely with Product Owner & Delivery Manager to learn and contribute to the product development process;
  • Assist in defining product strategy and roadmaps based on market research, user feedback, and business goals;
  • Gather and analyse data to make changes in CMS, inform product decisions, including user feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Products, Marketing, and Development to drive product initiatives from concept to launch;
  • Creating detailed product requirements and specifications, working with Design and Development teams to ensure successful implementation;
  • Conducting user testing and gathering feedback to iterate on features and designs.

What we are looking for

  • Graduated in 2024 or are due to complete in 2025;
  • Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree;
  • An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Good communication and written communication skills;
  • Comfortable with presenting and building relationships;
